German Cooking Class – German Ravioli Soup
Maultaschensuppe is a really tasty meat and spinach filled dumpling served in a light chicken broth with vegetables.
Students will learn how to make this gastronomic specialty originating from Swabia, in Southern Germany.
Chef Joseph will provide the recipe, demonstrate technique, and offer some hands on training.
Attendees will learn how to make it from “scratch”, as well as a short cut method.
Nominal class fee includes demonstration, recipes, one drink and tasting. We know your Oma made it better – that was the love.
