The Green Sauce is a much-loved dish in the Rhine-Main area of Frankfurt. Traditionally made of seven herbs and usually served with boiled potatoes and hard-boiled eggs, it even has its own festival in Frankfurt. In pre-pandemic times, starting in May, usually more than 5000 guests, 49 restaurateurs and numerous artists take part in the seven-day event.
