Warm Brie and Apricot Pretzel


6 oz. Brie cheese sliced
2 oz. Chopped dried apricots


Place room temperature pretzel on baking sheet. Lay slices of brie cheese over top of pretzel and place into a 400° oven for three minutes. Remove from oven and place chopped apricots over top of brie cheese. Put back into oven for 2 minutes. Remove from oven, let stand for 2 minutes, then enjoy!
