CA: LIEDER ALIVE! Concert on July 1st

LIEDER ALIVE! will present the U.S. premiere of a new work by German composer Anno Schreier co-commissioned by Deutsche Oper Berlin as part of its 2017/18 Liederabend Series at Noe Valley Ministry in San Francisco.
The work—set to poems by German poet Nora Bossong—will be performed by mezzo-soprano Kindra Scharich and collaborating pianist John Parr, who is the Head of Music Staff at Deutsche Oper Berlin and also LIEDER ALIVE!’s Master Coach.

LIEDER ALIVE!’s 2017/18 Liederabend Series is made possible with support from Goethe-Institut San Francisco, Red Curtain Addict, and the Ross McKee Foundation.
