VAPIANO Doral opened for business on March 23, 2018.
Headquartered in Bonn, Germany, and founded in 2002, VAPIANO was named the “Future of Fresh Casual” by Foodservice Europe. This European restaurant chain offers fresh Italian cuisine with an innovative concept consisting of made to order hand tossed pizza, handmade pasta, a selection of panini and fresh tossed gourmet salads as well as handmade desserts accompanied by a full bar offering daily drink specials.

The location on 1221 Brickell Ave has become a local Italian favorite. All dough and pasta are prepared fresh daily at the manifattura on-site which is an enclosed area with glass windows in the restaurant. Fresh herbs are available on tables for guests to add to their dishes. The restaurant prides itself on serving high quality food. Their locations are urban and centralized with high visibility and open well-lit architecture. There are currently 200 VAPIANOs around the world.
