John Malkovich plays in Vienna

John Malkovich loves Vienna. He played serial killer Jack Unterweger last year and returns this January as Casanova to Vienna’s Ronacher Theater. The Giacomo Variations is described as a mix between a play and an opera and will feature music by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.
His childhood dream was to be a “Wiener S√§ngerknabe”, at 56 this ship has sailed, but he said “well at least I am in Vienna! It’s the closest I’ll ever get to realising my boyhood dream of being in the Vienna Boys’ Choir.”
