German International School of Silicon Valley (GISSV) Celebrates 10-Year-Anniversary

On Saturday, May 1, 2010, students, parents, teachers, staff, supporters and other distinguished guests – including the Mayor of Mountain View, Ronit Bryant, and German Consul General Peter Rothen – will gather to celebrate a milestone for the German International School of Silicon Valley (GISSV): The 10th Anniversary of the School!

This special event will be held at the beautiful facilities of the Addison-Penzak Jewish Community Center in Los Gatos. Children will have the opportunity to join in many activities, including: art projects, swimming, basketball and other sports, as well as non-stop play in the Bouncy House and Obstacle Course.

Adults won’t feel left out either.. with a sumptuous buffet provided by Miraglia Caterers, dessert from Galaxy Desserts a bar, a silent auction filled with tempting items and a rousing live auction with prizes including a weekend trip for two to Las Vegas (courtesy of our sponsor – A to Z Travel), there will be plenty to entertain guests of all ages!
