The First German United Methodist Church (aka Christuskirche) and The Brehm Center at Fuller present Terrence Malick’s “A Hidden Life.”
This epic film will be shown on the big screen inside of the Sanctuary – a first at the FGUMC. Special guest panelists will be Elijah Davidson from Fuller’s Theology and Film institute, Reel Spirituality; Martin Woesner, Associate professor of history and society from the City College of New York and author of “Terrence Malick: An Examined Life,” and Dr. Michael Postl, Austrian Consul General in Los Angeles.
Light refreshments will be served. The event is free, however, a donation is appreciated and RSVP is required.
