Based in the Austrian region of Tyrol owner Günther Aloys confirmed that the billionaire hotel heiress Paris Hilton will buy a stake in his sparkling wine firm.
She will buy a considerable amount of stock, but won’t have a say in how the company is run.
The company’s stock is traded in Frankfurt and sold in over 33 countries.
