Prinz Phil I., Prinzessin Carolyn I. and the Germania Erste Karneval Gesellschaft continue the 5th Season of fun and foolishness by hosting the 2017 Karneval Maskenball on Saturday, January 28, 2017, beginning at 7:11 pm. This year’s theme is “It’s a Small World.” The highlight of the ball will be the costume contest with prizes awarded for best costumes as determined by the new prince and princess (Prinzenpaar)! This season also marks the 51th Karneval season at the Germania Society of Cincinnati.
The 2017 Karneval Maskenball Ball will be held at the Radisson Hotel (668 W. 5th Street, Covington, Kentucky). Entertainment will be provided at the Maskenball Ball by The Alpen Echos, along with performances by the Germania Prinzengarde and the famous Männerballet. Food and beverages will be available for purchase as well as chances for raffles. Cost for the dance is $20 per person.
