This dance film series features films with two of the most well-known German choreographers: Pina Bausch and Sasha Waltz.
With her interpretation of “Dido & Aeneas”, on March 20 (6.30PM), German star choreographer Sasha Waltz recreates the oldest love story in English opera – Henry Purcell’s Baroque opera about the tragic outcome of unrequited love.
The dance film series continues on 3/27 with Pina Bausch’s “Dancing Dreams”.
