Celebrate the holiday season by attending a HOME/BREWED HAPPY/HOUR, an after-hours way to visit the Heurich House Museum’s newest exhibition (with a beer in hand) every Wednesday and Thursday from 6-8pm and Friday from 6-9pm, ending on December 21st.*
HOME/BREWED features a collection of over 1,000 items – including bottles, cans, signs, and branded objects of every kind – from the Chr. Heurich Brewing Co. (1873-1956), Washington, DC’s hometown brewery. The museum is undertaking a fundraising campaign to aquire the collection and is reviving the brewery’s historic Senate Beer in 2019.
Admission to a HOME/BREWED HAPPY/HOUR is $10.00 and includes access to the HOME/BREWED exhibit, plus access to special HOME/BREWED swag, including a limited edition poster designed by Mike Van Hall, special T-shirts, and Senate Beer coasters.
Visitors can enter the event through the Heurich House Museum’s garden gates on New Hampshire Ave NW or Sunderland Place NW.
Beer and snacks will be available for purchase.
