This refreshing cooler made with German Hefeweizen (wheat beer), sparkling wine and raspberries is perfect for your 4th of July celebration this year!
INGREDIENTS
3 bottles German Hefeweizen wheat beer (for example Paulaner or Spaten)
1/2 bottle raspberry syrup
20 ounces frozen raspberries*
1 bottle German sparkling wine Sekt
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix fruit, syrup and beer in a big glass bowl.
2. When fruit is defrosted, add sparkling wine and serve.
RECIPE NOTES
*Strawberries can be substituted for raspberries if you prefer.
